I got a $35 pedicure and did NOT get what i paid for by far.
The place is nice and clean and they keep up with their equipment.
Best manicures!
Lady forgot my hot towel, did NOT put a second coat of polish on my toes, RUSHED thru the whole pedicure!!!
Wanted to try this place out...but won't spend my money here again!!!!!!
NOT my normal place to go, I usually got to a walker nail salon.
I come here every couple of weeks to get a gel manicure. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Even if they are busy, they always greet you.
I was trying to relax and in the end surely did NOT get too.
The staff is always friendly and they do a great job. The establishment is clean and that's important to me.
Do not spend your money at L.A Nails in Juban Crossing! After a long day I decided to get my nails done. When I walked in, an African American women and her two kids got up and left. I just thought nothing of it at first. All the technicians were busy so I assumed I would be next. I signed in and was seated. Shortly after a women walked in and asked how long was the wait. The older technician came to the counter and assured her it would only be 15 minutes. Still the impatient women left. She was white but I thought nothing of it at first. Maybe it's because I didn't ask is the reason why I wasn't greeted or given a wait time. I still assumed it would only be 15 minutes or less when I would be seen, because that is what she told the other women. I'm sure she saw me because I'm nearly seven months pregnant and look and feel like a whale. As I waited the older technician continued to clean up the shop. After about 15 minutes a white women walked in and had a seat to my left. Shortly after another older white women walked in and proceed to choose a nail color on my right. The same technician who was cleaning stopped and walked over to the seated women and asked what she was getting done and the lady said a manicure. Then the technician went to older women standing on the opposite side of me and asked her what she was getting and the lady said a pedicure. The technician told her to sit in the first chair. I looked confused because I wondered why would she cross over me to ask the other women a question she never asked me. She looked at the confusion on my face and immediately said "I don't do acrylic." At that point I responded "I'm not getting acrylic. I'm getting a gel manicure and a spa pedicure." I mentioned nothing of the assumption I wanted acrylic nails and corrected her. The technician responded "I do them first," as in the two white women who came in 20 minutes after me. Very respectfully I said okay, put my nail polish back and decided not to spend another dime in the establishment. Although I was infuriated and felt I was treated unfairly I didn't want to make a scene and unset me unborn child with any commotion. I've spent entirely to much money at this nail salon. In fact they should know my face by now. I always tip. I feel so disrespected right now my blood is boiling. They would not get anymore of my business. If you feel I was treated unfairly please don't spend your money at this establishment.
