Kids zone is great for reading to my children, then when it's time for business the opposite side of the library is available with computer access and quietness.
I love my local library. There are more resources available now then any other time in history of the library. Most people don't even know all the resources available to them. Truly one the best things our government has ever funded.
Helpful staff and great meeting space. The hours are convenient and so is the ability to make an online request for books at other locations to be transferred to this location. Lots of free classes for children and adults alike, throughout the year.
Let me start buy saying I really like this library...I often come here to do school work so I can get away to have a quiet place to study only problem is...is its very noisy...i ask for headphone so i can put on my ears to try and block the noise but it doesnt work...and it really annoys me when the staff doesnt say anything...kids I dont mind they will be kids but this be adults...for example there are study rooms in the computer lab I shouldnt be able to hear your conversation on the other side of the room while i have head phones on...I just hope the staff step it up...
i come here often to read for school and it's often noisy and it's hard to concentrate. the workers never whisper and i get annoyed about it very often. people come to the library for a quiet environment, and it's rarely quiet enough to work without distractions.
