This place is amazing!! Staff is very polite and professional. From beginning to end I can’t think of anything that could have been done better. I called at 745am 11/3/17 to see if they could fit me in to have a broken tooth fixed. Tori answered the phone and asked how she could help, I explained her my situation and after a very brief hold time she told me I could be there for 9am. Once Tori found out I was a new patient she emailed me all of the paperwork to fill out online to avoid a delay once I arrived. It took me all of 5 min to fill out the paperwork, which was very convienent considering I was still at work. I arrived about 850 for my 900am apt, was greeted by two very polite young ladies that got me checked in and within minutes I was in the back for X-rays. The whole process took about an hour and a half from check in to the time I walked out the door, I could not have been more impressed. The quality of care and work they provide is unparalleled, so much better then my last dentist. Every person I encountered was very polite and professional! My long term treatment was planned out and explained with all of my future out of pocket expenses broken down and simplified so there was no confusion. I cannot day enough good things about the staff and envinronment Juban Modern Dentistry provides. If you’re looking for a new dentist they are defnately worth trying! A+
